Scandinavian XPO is the Nordic region's closest meeting place for fairs, meetings and events, carefully planned for visitors, exhibitors and organizers alike.

This multi-faceted event center offers a multi-arena of 20,000 square meters with a capacity of 10,000 guests, creating endless opportunities for a successful event.

Within 5 minutes to the airport terminals at Arlanda, visitors from all of Scandinavia's capital cities reach Scandinavian XPO within an hour. The proximity, infrastructure and accessibility as well as technology, hotels and services make the place unique. Scandinavian XPO is 20 minutes from Stockholm and Uppsala.

With its three exhibition halls, conference rooms and entrance halls, the facility will be able to accommodate up to ten thousands visitors simultaneously. The flexibility is great because the large exhibition halls can also be divided into smaller areas to handle events and meetings of all kinds and sizes.

Food and drinks
Together with the partner Mässrestauranger, meals with gastronomic signs are offered for memorable occasions. The event is given a tailor-made whole where food and drink contribute to the experience.

Accommodation
In addition to exhibition halls, meeting rooms and dining, accommodation is offered through Quality Airport Hotel Arlanda XPO, Clarion Arlanda and Comfort in a total of 1,400 hotel rooms. Meeting rooms, catering services and accommodation can be booked in one package.

Activities
Scandinavian XPO is the perfect meeting place if you want to combine the meeting with an active break. Take the opportunity to play golf, test drive cars, try the shooting range, go hunting movie theater, gym or - visit the local brewery. There are also great opportunities for different forms of team-building.
