Just 15 minutes from central Stockholm, you step into Ulfsunda Slott – a meeting place that stands out in the right way. Here you get professional delivery, but in an environment that gives you energy: color, art, character and that bubbling castle feeling that makes your thoughts clear.

Meetings with energy – that lead somewhere
The meeting rooms at Ulfsunda Slott are created for today's way of working: modern technology, good flow and an environment that inspires without taking over. Color and art do their job – conversations loosen up, the pace improves and ideas take hold.
For smaller groups that want to sit more privately, there is Elementum, a separate conference floor in the North Wing. A secluded part of the castle where meetings, breaks and conversations are all connected in the same environment. Relaxed, exclusive and completely yours.

Venues & hotel rooms – truly unique
The castle has ten conference rooms for 2–100 people – and nothing looks the same here. Each room has its own personality: from smaller rooms for close conversations to larger rooms when you want to gather everyone.
If you want to make it easy for participants to stay, the castle has 54 hotel rooms, all individually decorated. Choose between rooms with everything from colorful design to more romantic details – and suites that feel like an experience in themselves.

Food and drink that sets the mood
Ulfsunda Slott cooks French-inspired dishes with a light hand and high ambitions: well-prepared, beautiful and with a rhythm that suits the meeting day – from lunch that keeps the energy up to dinner that rounds off with the right feeling.
If you want to add bubbles to the experience, it will be arranged in a way that suits your group. Amanda, Ulfsunda Slott’s Head of Champagne, is happy to help you find the right bubbles and drinks for both taste and mood.
Afternoon coffee is generous and thoughtful – sweet, salty and just right when you need to get your energy back up.

Breaks that make a difference
Here, the break becomes part of the flow – a chance to replenish your energy and let your ideas bubble on. Sit down in the lounges, take a walk around Lillsjön or play something light-hearted like billiards and board games. In the summer, there are also boules and kubb to borrow. And if you want to do something more with your break: champagne tasting, a sauna by the water or treatments at BeautyRelax by Ida.
