A facility for the human senses, whether they are fully functional or not – at Almåsa Havshotell, presence has many faces. It is a meeting place for all people. Period. Host the conference at a facility where all the senses come into their own and let ideas and thoughts be expressed in all five directions! Four-star accommodation
66 four-star rooms provide 110 beds at Almåsa Havshotell. These have been decorated with materials from and with Sweden's beautiful natural landscape in mind, with textures that stimulate: oiled surfaces, mosaics, parquet floors... Feel, smell, see!

The meeting at Almåsa Havshotell
The meeting at Almåsa Havshotell is a feast for the senses. The Muskö Hall can accommodate 120 people in a cinema setting and can be rearranged according to the purpose of the meeting and can even be divided into two, with a capacity for 50 people each. The lovely Strandhuset is a venue for up to 20 people down by the water's edge. Perfect for casual gatherings in armchairs with a view of Hårsfjärden, as well as a loft and group room that are always included in the rental of the house. There is also a sauna.

Almåsa Havshotell has a total of 9 conference rooms and 6 group rooms.

Eating and drinking with all the senses
If there is ever a time when the senses get to work extra hard, it is at the dining table. It is great that it only means culinary pleasure for the conference participants! Patience and consideration are guiding concepts for the kitchen at Almåsa Konferens, where the chefs choose ingredients with care and preferably organic, fair trade, environmentally friendly and locally grown.

Let the conference become an opportunity for new experiences
The black tavern somehow sums up the entire Almåsa Conference concept. Diners are led to their table in total darkness and are allowed to use all their senses except sight during dinner. The idea is that when one sense disappears, the others are strengthened. This embodiment of the spirit of the facility will be a completely unique experience for the conference group!

Otherwise, the meeting group can benefit from discovering the beautiful natural surroundings around the facility. Kayaking on the bay, walking around the grounds, or ice activities in the winter. Exercise or sauna at the facility and feel how your body relaxes.

Location: accessible
Accessibility is Almåsa Conference's keyword, and not just on location. It takes about 30 minutes by public transport from Stockholm to Västerhaninge Station, and then about 20 minutes by car to the facility. By car, the entire journey from Stockholm city center takes about half an hour.
