271 four-star rooms are available at Hotel Birger Jarl. The rooms are decorated with style and taste that characterizes the details. Paintings, color charts and wallpaper patterns work together to create a beautiful sphere in each room. There are a total of 484 beds in the hotel.

Inspired before the meeting
The conference area at Hotel Birger Jarl has its own entrance. Meeting guests remain undisturbed and can work in peace from private guests. The 15 meeting rooms are on a level and accommodate up to 350 people in the event's local Congress. Furnish and manage just as it suits the purpose of an encounter in an inspiring space that can also be divided into three parts.

Each season has its own menu that clearly brings the feeling of nature's changing shape - the food guests become one with seasonal clothing that is recreated on each plate's blank cloth.

Our booking service is financed by the venues in our network and is free of charge for you as customer.

-You get from us a presentation with venues in which you can compare total cost per alternative, all cost details specified and detailed information about each alternative

-If you are not satisfied with suggested venues, call or email our responsible agent and we will give you additional alternatives

-If you want to book a venue from our presentation, call or email our responsible agent. Alternatively, if you wish to book exactly according to the specification, press the BOOK-button for the desired venue - and we contact you for a final check. If everything is OK for you, we send you our agent confirmation

-In the confirmation you will also get contact details to a coordinator at the booked venue, with whom you later set up the detailed planning of the meeting.

Du kommer att få ett mail från ansvarig bokare med en länk som går rakt in i vårt bokningssystem där du kommer till en sammanställning av förslag från de anläggningar som har möjlighet att ta emot. Vi följer upp på telefon för att stämma av eventuella frågor och behov av kompletteringar.

När Du vill boka

När du vill boka en anläggning – ring eller maila vår bokare. Alternativt, om du vill boka exakt enligt offererad specifikation kan du trycka på BOKA-knappen i presentationen.

Vi skickar en förmedlingsbekräftelse - dels till dig, dels till den bokade anläggningen. Från anläggningen får du sedan en bokningsbekräftelse och en kontaktpunkt för detaljplanering av konferenser. Efter konferensen kommer fakturan från anläggningen.
