This exclusive apartment is located at the top of a prominent building overlooking the entrance to the Mood mall and the rooftops on Norrlandsgatan - in the heart of the city!

The environment is pleasant and fun with the vibrant city life just outside. The premises has large windows that bring in a lot of light and the impression
is tasteful and different. The decor is unique from the 30's to 50's. The team att Bygget has long experience of arranging both a conferences and parties.

Accommodations
Arranged at nearby hotels. Kontur Konferens can provide a complete package.

Units
At Bygget there are two practical conference rooms that can be furnished as desired and a beautiful dining room, designed by Sven Markelius.

The Markelius Hall has room for 170 people seated in theatre style. The venue has a stage and is equipped with modern technology.

The Boardroom is right next door, where you can seat 30 people in a theatre style or 22 in a school seating. If you rent both rooms, you are alone at Bygget, which means that you have access to the lounge, which is furnished with seating areas as well as the dining room, which is furnished with round tables and is perfect for group breaks.

Wireless internet is available in all premises.

Food & Beverage
Bygget is proud of its kitchen and serve high-quality food. The menu offers a wide range of alternatives and always you find something suitable for all kinds of events.

Activities
Stockholm as a city has a wide range of entertainment and shopping. On Norrlandgatan you will find a rich selection of cool shops and exciting restaurants. The Mood Mall with its wide range of restaurants is next door to the venue. A short walk away you will find the China Theater, Dramaten Theater and Hamburger Bors.

Location
Bygget has a fantastic location with a few minutes walk to Stockholm Central Station where you will find communication means such as buses, long distance trains and airport trains. The NK garage is right next door for those traveling by car. Bus stop outside the door and metro station Östermalmstorg and Kungsträdgården only a few minutes walking distance.

This means we can quickly and easily reach out to the venues you are interested in and who match your specific requirements, in regards to for example geography, size of meeting rooms, technical equipment, accommodation and type of venue.

Inquiries sent to us during office hour will be handled immidiately.

Also give us a ring if time is short and you need available alternatives and cost specification with short notice.

Our booking service is financed by the venues in our network and is free of charge for you as customer.

Now, this is what follows:

-You get from us a presentation with venues in which you can compare total cost per alternative, all cost details specified and detailed information about each alternative

-If you are not satisfied with suggested venues, call or email our responsible agent and we will give you additional alternatives

-If you want to book a venue from our presentation, call or email our responsible agent. Alternatively, if you wish to book exactly according to the specification, press the BOOK-button for the desired venue - and we contact you for a final check. If everything is OK for you, we send you our agent confirmation

-In the confirmation you will also get contact details to a coordinator at the booked venue, with whom you later set up the detailed planning of the meeting.

Förfrågan som görs under kontorstid påbörjas omgående. Mer än 2 500 konferensanläggningar ingår i det digitala nätverket Konferensanläggningar.se vilket innebär att Du genom vårt bokningssystem enkelt och snabbt når ut till de anläggningar som passar Era önskemål, exempelvis vad gäller geografi, kapacitet, stil, aktivitetsutbud och budget. Du kommer att få en presentation av anläggningarna som har möjlighet att ta emot, med en detaljerad kostnadsspecifikation, beskrivning och bilder samt en översiktlig jämförelse av totalkostnaden för vart och ett av alternativen.

Personlig bekräftelse på telefon

Du får en personlig bekräftelse av ansvarig bokare i vårt team, att vi tagit emot och påbörjat ärendet. Vi passar då på att stämma av eventuella kompletterande detaljer för att kunna ge dig riktigt bra och matchande förslag.

Kostnadsfri bokningstjänst

Bokningstjänsten i nätverket Konferensanläggningar.se finansieras av deltagande anläggningar och är helt kostnadsfri för dig som kund. Vi presenterar de priser anläggningarna själva satt, utan ändringar eller påslag. Det kommer alltså ingen faktura från oss.

Presentation av anläggningsförslag

Du kommer att få ett mail från ansvarig bokare med en länk som går rakt in i vårt bokningssystem där du kommer till en sammanställning av förslag från de anläggningar som har möjlighet att ta emot. Vi följer upp på telefon för att stämma av eventuella frågor och behov av kompletteringar.

När Du vill boka

När du vill boka en anläggning – ring eller maila vår bokare. Alternativt, om du vill boka exakt enligt offererad specifikation kan du trycka på BOKA-knappen i presentationen.

Vi skickar en förmedlingsbekräftelse - dels till dig, dels till den bokade anläggningen. Från anläggningen får du sedan en bokningsbekräftelse och en kontaktpunkt för detaljplanering av konferenser. Efter konferensen kommer fakturan från anläggningen.

Vill Du besöka en eller flera presenterade anläggningar innan du slutligen bestämmer dig? Meddela vår bokare så ordnar vi med visning!

Inte nöjd med något av alternativen?

Vår sökning omfattar i regel alla anläggningar som matchar dina krav. Men om Du ändå inte är riktigt nöjd med något av alternativen så ”breddar” vi gärna sökningen. Vi måste då justera i Dina krav så att fler anläggningar passar in, exempelvis genom utökning av det geografiska området eller kanske budgetramarna.
