Villa Foresta rises above the silhouette of Lidingö, looking out towards the Stockholm inlet. In these salons, among historic walls and lush gardens, the hotel queen Wilhelmina Skogh walked. Her vision lives on – and new stories are still being created here.

From the intimate meeting to 300 people
Large event, workshop, board meeting, conference or brainstorming in an environment that inspires?
At Villa Foresta there are 12 conference rooms for 2–300 people. The meeting rooms are named after prominent women – a tribute to the legacy of Wilhelmina Skogh. Several rooms open up to the sea and the Stockholm skyline and allow the light and view to become part of the experience. Here meetings are created with presence, energy and direction.

103 rooms – let the experience continue
With 103 rooms and suites, many with a balcony or terrace, Villa Foresta offers a homely place for both rest and conversation. Staying overnight provides space for informal meetings – the ones that often mean the most. Here you wake up with a view and new energy.

Gastronomy since 1910
At Villa Foresta, gastronomy has been a central theme for over a century. In their two restaurants, traditional food craftsmanship and selected modern elements meet in a lively and family atmosphere. Here we pause. Here we gather. Here we toast.
Tasty experiences, peaceful moments and memorable moments – from business lunches to dinners that round off the day.

Acqua di Foresta – a new era of relaxation
In September 2026, Acqua di Foresta, a magical spa oasis of over 900 square meters, will open.
Here, time and pace stand still. Indoor and outdoor pools look out over the sparkling sea. The sauna world houses a steam sauna, soft infrared heat and classic dry sauna. Heat beds, a salt cave and treatment rooms create a place for recovery in both body and mind.
Everything designed with love for the Roman-Italian spa culture, in interaction with the turn of the century spa tradition.

A place where the beauty of history meets timeless elegance – just as Wilhelmina would have wanted.
