On the shores of Lake Mälaren, like the crown jewel at the top of a long green English park, stands Sweden's only royal conference castle where colleagues can meet in a truly royal setting - Rosersbergs Slottshotell. Built in the 17th century, the castle reached royal hands just over a century later when Charles the Thirteenth received it as a gift. Even today, many of the rooms remain in their original condition after a series of restorations until the late 19th century. Now the castle building is ready to receive guests seeking high standards and royal service for their meeting. Here, tranquillity crowns the day.

Accommodation
Accommodation at Rosersbergs Slottshotell is available in the palace wings and in an adjacent building. Of the newly renovated rooms in the Cavalier and Theater wings, no two rooms are alike, all have a unique and cozy feeling of Castle comfort. The rooms have been tastefully renovated and their history has been preserved and highlighted through unique details. In addition to a makeover, these rooms have also been given elegant bathrooms.

The adjacent building Källarbacken is located about 100 meters from the Castle and is a functional building from the late 50s. The rooms are decorated in collaboration with Svenskt tenn with their classic fabrics and furniture from Josef Frank. Källarbacken has a gym and sauna for hotel guests.

In total there are 63 rooms and 97 beds.

Looms
There are 9 conference rooms in total. All conference rooms are bright and modernly equipped with windows. All rooms have modern technical equipment with a projector or LCD screen for large-screen presentations.

Brandklipparen is the name of Rosersberg Castle's largest conference room with room for up to 100 people in theater seating. A magnificent conference floor secluded located in the Castle Stables next to the sister room Briljant. The room includes a private lounge and a café. Adjacent are two group rooms.

Food & drink
As is well known, the Swedish royal family has French roots and from the very first 'Bernadotten', Rosersberg Castle has its French touch in the kitchen. Already 200 years ago, he put the first rare French ingredients on the kitchen counter and brought in the most renowned chefs from Paris to prepare them to the best of their ability. This heritage has been preserved, and today traditional French dishes are served in harmony with more modern creations to suit today's tastes.

Activities
In the past, it probably wasn't Zumba or Fireman for a Day that King Charles and the others at the castle enjoyed, but that's exactly what you can do today as a nice break at the conference.

There is everything you can think of in terms of construction, team games, training and much more is close at hand here with large green areas. All kinds of tastings of drinks or other delicacies are offered and there is now even its own beer brewery.

The castle building itself is also fascinating in its own right, so you can take a guided tour and find out all about how the old owners lived in their day. There's plenty of history to discover here, and it's sure to spark conversation around the dinner table.

Location
By car, it takes just 25 minutes from central Stockholm and 10 minutes from Arlanda Airport to get to Rosersbergs Slottshotell. Public transportation makes the journey from the city slightly longer, with just over 40 minutes by commuter train.
