Next to Lake Mälaren, like the crown jewel at the top of an elongated green English park, sits Sweden's only royal conference castle where colleagues can meet in a truly blue-blooded environment - Rosersbergs Slottshotell. Built in the 17th century, the castle reached royal hands just over a century later when Charles the Thirteenth received it as a gift. Even today, many of the rooms are in their original condition after a series of restorations until the late 19th century. Now the castle building is ready to receive guests who are looking for high standards and royally good service for the meeting. Here, calm crowns the day.

Accommodation
The accommodation at Rosersbergs Slottshotell can be found in the Castle wings and further in an adjacent building. Of the newly renovated rooms in the Kavaljers and Theater wings, no room is the same as the others, all have a unique and cosy, cozy feel of the Palace. The rooms have been tastefully renovated and its history has been preserved and highlighted through unique details. In addition to a make over, these rooms have also had elegant bathrooms installed.

The adjacent building Källarbacken is about 100 meters from the Castle and is a funky building from the late 1950s. The rooms are decorated in collaboration with Svenskt tenn with their classic fabrics and furniture from Josef Frank. In Källarbacken there is a gym and sauna for hotel guests.

There are a total of 63 rooms and 97 beds.

Premises
There are a total of 9 conference rooms. All conference rooms are bright and modernly equipped with windows. All premises have modern technical equipment with a projector or LCD screen for large-screen presentations.

Brandklipperaren is called Rosersbergs Slott's largest conference room with room for a maximum of 100 people in cinema seating. A magnificent conference floor, secluded, located in the Slottsstallet next to the sister venue Briljant. A private lounge and a café belong to the premises. Adjacent are two group rooms.

Food & drink
As is known, Sweden's royal family has French roots and from the very first 'Bernadotte', Rosersberg Castle has had its French touch in the kitchen. Already 200 years ago, he put the first rare French ingredients on the kitchen counter and brought in the most renowned chefs from Paris to prepare them to the best of their ability. This heritage has been preserved, and today traditional French dishes are served in harmony with more modern creations that suit today's tastes.

Activities
In the past, it probably wasn't Zumba or Fireman for a day that King Karl and the others who were at the castle enjoyed themselves, but that's exactly what you can do today as a nice break at the conference.

There is everything you can think of in the form of buildings, team fights, training and much more is close at hand here with large green areas. There is a gym on site with the option of booking an appointment with a personal trainer for an extra effective workout. All kinds of tastings of drinks or other delicacies, perhaps in combination with a challenge, can also be offered as tasty rewards for good work.

The castle building itself is also exciting in itself, so you can take a guided tour and hear all about how the old owners lived in their time. There's plenty of history to discover here, and it's sure to create conversation around the dinner table.

Location
By car, it only takes 25 minutes from central Stockholm and 10 minutes from Arlanda Airport to get to Rosersbergs Slottshotell. Public transport makes the journey from the city slightly longer, with just over 40 minutes by commuter train.
