Runö is placed on its own peninsula with only 30 minutes to Stockholm and 40 minutes to Arlanda.

We have space for both small and large meetings with facilities ranging from our flexible event hall spacing 800 sq. metres to more intimate meeting rooms in creative design. With 40 acres, we can offer activities such as "Walk and Talk" in the nature reserve and other team adventures. Runö is a well-appointed and accomplished meeting place with 220 bedrooms and comprehensive technological supplies.

Our emphasis is placed on hospitality and food, two crucial elements for a pleasant experience. We use local and organic products as much as is possible.

With dedicated and competent staff, working with a great deal of experience within meetings, we work with a proactive approach to fullfil all requirements you may have. Our philosophy is to make the absolute most of your meeting.

More than 1 000 Swedish meeting venues, plus another 500 located in our neighbour countries, take part in our booking network. This means we can quickly and easily reach out to the venues you are interested in and who match your specific requirements, in regards to for example geography, size of meeting rooms, technical equipment, accommodation and type of venue.

Our booking service is financed by the venues in our network and is free of charge for you as customer.

Now, this is what follows:

-You get from us a presentation with venues in which you can compare total cost per alternative, all cost details specified and detailed information about each alternative

-If you are not satisfied with suggested venues, call or email our responsible agent and we will give you additional alternatives

-If you want to book a venue from our presentation, call or email our responsible agent. Alternatively, if you wish to book exactly according to the specification, press the BOOK-button for the desired venue - and we contact you for a final check. If everything is OK for you, we send you our agent confirmation

-In the confirmation you will also get contact details to a coordinator at the booked venue, with whom you later set up the detailed planning of the meeting.
