Our Swedish web site (Konferensanlaggningar.se) has develped to an appreciated and frequently used search service, guide and booking platform among Swedish conference buyers. Even companies outside Sweden's borders use the service, albeit to a limited extent, considering the site is in Swedish-language.
Consequently, ConferenceSweden.com has been developed on request from our customers outside of Sweden.
The purpose with ConferenceSweden.com is to provide an English-language version that gives companies outside of Sweden and other organizations with non-Swedish staff a comprehensive and detailed guide to the Swedish conference market. The service was publicly launched in a first version in October 2017. At the same time, the integrated booking routine - "Orchid" - has been customized so that English-speaking customers can communicate online, ranging from requests for quotation, presentations and bookings.

You can view the supply in a particular region, compare different options at the detail level, such as cost and customer ratings (Conference Index). We constantly monitor the quality of the respective facilities with regard to everything from, for example, hotel rooms and conference premises, food and environmental adaptation to service and catering. We are searching for and presenting suitable options that meet your specific criteria.
