The questions in the evaluation deal with - The environment, the equipment and the service in and around the conference rooms - The meals; the food and the service - the accommodation rooms; quality of the beds, cleaning, shower and WC and the overall impression - The reception of the facility in connection with the planning, upon arrival and during the conference - The customer's assessment of the entirety of the facility's "delivery" and an overall rating of how affordable the facility was perceived to be. The customer's response is converted on a five-point scale, with 5 being the highest rating. The average rating that emerges from an evaluation is combined with the average rating the facility received during evaluation from other customers and forms a conference index.
