Welcome to Hotell Botanika, located right in the heart of Uppsala (and only 29 km north of Arlanda International Airport), with a unique view of the city centre and the majestic cathedral. We are literally a stone's throw from the idyllic Fyrisån and next door to the beautiful Linné Gardens.

When you step into our green oasis, you are met by a playful and inspiring atmosphere. Here we are the perfect gathering place for everything from conferences to celebrations, after work and comfortable overnight stays. Our four meeting rooms are suitable for all types of contexts, whether for large corporate events or more intimate gatherings. Our largest hall, the Linnésalen, can accommodate up to 100 conference participants.

For those who are playful and want to ease the tension after a long day of meetings, we offer a room packed with entertainment – from shuffleboard, darts, and cornhole to ping pong. Here you can challenge each other in a fun match 3 and crown your own undisputed champion.

After a good night's sleep, you can enjoy our valued hotel breakfast with a wide selection that satisfies all tastes, regardless of any food allergies. If you are not staying overnight but only have a one-day conference, you can easily replace the morning coffee with a tasty hotel breakfast instead.

You will find the hotel at Skolgatan 45 in Uppsala, and our reception is open 24 hours a day, which means that we are always available to you at all hours of the day.

For those of you who come by car, we offer three bookable parking spaces (pre-booking required). Check-in is possible from 3 p.m., but you are welcome to arrive earlier and leave your bags in our luggage room. For those who want to enjoy a little longer sleep, we offer a late check-out until 2 p.m. (ordinary check-out is at 11 a.m.).

The hotel has its own bar and restaurant which is open from 11am to 10pm on weekdays and until 1am on weekends (note that the kitchen closes at 10pm). Here you can enjoy our famous flatbread pizzas and a wide selection of drinks.

For those of you traveling to Uppsala by train, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from Uppsala central station to the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the bus to the Skolgatan stop, which is only 100 meters from the hotel entrance.

-If you are not satisfied with suggested venues, call or email our responsible agent and we will give you additional alternatives

-If you want to book a venue from our presentation, call or email our responsible agent. Alternatively, if you wish to book exactly according to the specification, press the BOOK-button for the desired venue - and we contact you for a final check. If everything is OK for you, we send you our agent confirmation

-In the confirmation you will also get contact details to a coordinator at the booked venue, with whom you later set up the detailed planning of the meeting.
