High Court Conference - central Malmö

Welcome to a unique meeting experience in Malmö. In the middle of the city is the High Court that opened its doors at the end of April 2013.
The Old Court Building was built for important meetings at the beginning of the last century and has been carefully refurbished for equally important meetings today.

In culture-minded rooms with unique decorations, the facility offers an experience where the breaks are as important and productive as the actual meeting.

Units

At HighCourt you can choose from 15 individually designed meeting rooms in varying sizes. The largest session hall accommodates up to 180 conference participants in the cinema.

The plenary hall is K-marked, with beautiful wall panels and ceiling profiles and just over 5 meters ceiling height. With its view of the royal park, this event adds something extra for up to about 80 people. For smaller groups (up to 12 people) fit the old prosecutor's office or the attorney's office.
If you want to arrange mingling or events groups of up to 600 people can be accepted. HighCourts bistro is very suitable for product launches in a representative environment.

Arrangement
The unique premises of the conference facility invite you to a variety of events such as weddings, product releases, business conferences - or why not just a traditional coffee pie. The employees at HighCourt have extensive experience of everything from education to arbitration and know what technology, seating, and so forth that are required for different types of meetings.

Location
Just a few minutes' walk from Malmö Central Station and Kastrup Train, HighCourt is on its own plot with the canal and castle park as the nearest neighbor. The garden towards the city and the congress center offers interesting exposure. If you are arriving by car, you can rent a parking lot on the property.

Food & Beverage
In our bistro with large windows to the garden and the canal we offer a genuine bistro experience. Here you can have lunch as well as a 3-course dinner. Or afterwork at the bar with colleagues or customers. During the summer, the windows open to the terrace open to the canal. Gather your thoughts after the day and eat a bit in the evening sun, or just stay on a drink.

-You get from us a presentation with venues in which you can compare total cost per alternative, all cost details specified and detailed information about each alternative

-If you are not satisfied with suggested venues, call or email our responsible agent and we will give you additional alternatives

-If you want to book a venue from our presentation, call or email our responsible agent. Alternatively, if you wish to book exactly according to the specification, press the BOOK-button for the desired venue - and we contact you for a final check. If everything is OK for you, we send you our agent confirmation

-In the confirmation you will also get contact details to a coordinator at the booked venue, with whom you later set up the detailed planning of the meeting.
