Meet in Gothenburg
8 competent conference rooms hiding within the walls of Chalmers Conference Center. These are designed and built with all aspects of the meeting: beautiful chairs, good technique, good acoustics. They are for the guests, and nobody else.

RunAn is the largest premises in the facility with space for 450 people in fixed cinema. Light wood in the decor and dark chairs give a nice contrast and create a fresh environment. The venue has a well-formed scene with plenty of room for different descent. In Palmstedtsalen, 270 meeting participants sit comfortably in front of a whiteboard and plenty of room for lecturers or meeting leaders. In addition, the facility has several spaces for groups of all sizes.

-If you are not satisfied with suggested venues, call or email our responsible agent and we will give you additional alternatives

-If you want to book a venue from our presentation, call or email our responsible agent. Alternatively, if you wish to book exactly according to the specification, press the BOOK-button for the desired venue - and we contact you for a final check. If everything is OK for you, we send you our agent confirmation

-In the confirmation you will also get contact details to a coordinator at the booked venue, with whom you later set up the detailed planning of the meeting.
