Yasuragi - Archipelago Conference almost in Stockholm!

Yasuragi is a modern meeting place in a Japanese setting. Here are meeting rooms for all types of meetings and events. Here you can arrange effective and rewarding meetings in an environment beyond the ordinary. A peaceful place where you can also enjoy Japanese baths, activities, treatments and two top-class restaurants. An overall experience just 20 min from Stockholm's inner city.

Accommodations
Yasuragi invites meeting guests to a unique experience. All hotel rooms are inspired by the traditional Japanese aesthetics, characterized by simple details and purity. 191 rooms in total with the ability to accommodate 422 guests makes Yasuragi a very good option for larger conferences and events.

Take the opportunity and let your colleagues rest in comfortable beds with a calm atmosphere, just like in Japan! All rooms look out over woods and mountains.

Units
24 premises, all of Japanese names that take meeting participants directly to different locations in the country of the sun. The biggest, Fuji can accommodate up to 400 people in cinema. Fuji is 428 square meters and furniture surface; Then Sendai and Odawara can be combined for 150 people in total. With divisible spaces and 5 group rooms located directly adjacent to certain premises, this facility boasts great flexibility and capacity for different groups, or a large one that requires many small spaces. Most meeting rooms also have views to the bay and exit to the large balcony.

The style of the meeting rooms is entirely according to modern standards, but here too we have taken care of the balance, the simplicity, the functionality of the Japanese culture. Several rooms have beautiful and inspiring photo frames with Japanese motifs, and there are four different themes for those who want more inspiration - Kabuki, Manga, Shibuya and The Teien.

-You get from us a presentation with venues in which you can compare total cost per alternative, all cost details specified and detailed information about each alternative

-If you are not satisfied with suggested venues, call or email our responsible agent and we will give you additional alternatives

-If you want to book a venue from our presentation, call or email our responsible agent. Alternatively, if you wish to book exactly according to the specification, press the BOOK-button for the desired venue - and we contact you for a final check. If everything is OK for you, we send you our agent confirmation

-In the confirmation you will also get contact details to a coordinator at the booked venue, with whom you later set up the detailed planning of the meeting.

The process

Requests made during office hours are started immediately. More than 2,500 conference facilities are included in the digital network Konferensanjælland.se, which means that through our booking system you can easily and quickly reach the facilities that suit your wishes, for example in terms of geography, capacity, style, range of activities and budget. You will receive a presentation of the facilities that are able to receive, with a detailed cost specification, description and images as well as an overview comparison of the total cost for each of the options.

Confirmation on phone

You will receive a personal confirmation from the responsible booker in our team that we have received and started the case. We then take the opportunity to agree on any additional details in order to be able to give you really good and matching proposals.

This service is free of charge

The booking service in the Konferensanlagninger.se network is financed by participating facilities and is completely free of charge for you as a customer. We present the prices set by the facilities themselves, without changes or mark-ups. There will therefore be no invoice from us.

Presentation of facilities with proposals

You will receive an email from the responsible booker with a link that goes straight into our booking system where you will get to a compilation of proposals from the facilities that are able to receive. We follow up by phone to settle any questions and need for additions.

When you want to book

When you want to book a facility - call (+46858361060) or email our booker. Alternatively, if you want to book exactly according to the quoted specification, you can press the BOOK button in the presentation.

We will send an agent confirmation - to you and to the booked facility. From the facility you will then receive a booking confirmation and a contact point for detailed planning of the conference. After the conference, the invoice comes from the facility.

Not satisfied with any of the options?

Our search usually includes all facilities that match your requirements. But if you are still not quite satisfied with any of the alternatives, we are happy to "broaden" the search. We then have to adjust your requirements so that more facilities fit in, for example by expanding the geographical area or perhaps the budget framework.
